National Bank of Kenya officially launched a new premium banking centre at Yaya in a bid to drive strategic growth and celebrate its long standing, high net worth clients
Since Premium banking was launched in 2015, it has been a core growth centre for the bank, bringing in over Ksh 2.5 billion additional new business.
Speaking at the customer appreciation cocktail, Managing Director, Mr. Wilfred Musau said National Bank had undertaken various key strategic approaches in the way it conducts its business aimed at improving overall performance and meeting the changing needs of its customers.
“The launch of our premium banking centres and products is one of the key transformational initiatives of the bank aimed at driving future growth. As we celebrate our 50 year milestone, we would like to thank our loyal customers whose strategic business and partnerships have propelled our bank to this level of success,” said Mr. Musau.
Mr. Musau said the bank had fully embraced digital banking to improve customer experiences.

NBK premium bank account holders access free services e.g. free ATM cards, withdrawals from NBK ATMS, cheque book, banker’s cheque and RTGS transfer.
